Maybe you’ve done everything you were “supposed” to do. You’ve worked hard, built a career, maintained relationships, showed up for your family, and kept moving forward. Yet somewhere along the way, you started feeling lost.
I’m interested in working with you to explore the different expectations and identities you’re juggling. This may look like trying to balance your family’s values with your own, struggling to set boundaries, questioning patterns, feeling burned out, or trying to understand why the same difficulties keep showing up in your relationships.
I’m drawn to the ways earliest experiences can quietly follow us into adulthood. Family and generational patterns can show up in ways we don’t always recognize; perfectionism, people-pleasing, or feeling responsible for everyone around you. Together, we can get curious about where those patterns came from, how they may have once served you, and whether they still have a place in the life you’re building now.
What you can expect from me:
My approach is collaborative, curious, and culturally responsive. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, attachment-based perspectives, family systems, and other evidence-informed approaches while recognizing that no single framework fits every person. I want to understand not only what you are struggling with, but the larger story surrounding it- your relationships, culture, family, experiences, values, and the environment you are navigating.
You don’t have to come to therapy knowing exactly what needs to change. We can start with what feels difficult right now and work from there. I am excited to meet you and walk alongside you as you reach your goals!
