Fees & What to Expect

We are considered out-of-network providers and therefore we do not directly accept insurance.

Rather than going back and forth with insurance companies all day, we focus on providing the absolute highest level of service to our clients. 

We can provide you with a billing statement at the end of each month to be submitted for reimbursement if you have PPO, HSA, or other flexible health care benefits. This works well for many of our clients. Clients also have the option of working with a service called Better to help make sure their claims are reimbursed.

Our out-of-pocket fees are consistent with other mental health professionals in the area. Please contact us for more information.

Because we believe that all people deserve high-quality therapy, regardless of income, we can sometimes accommodate a lower fee based on what you can afford.

Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check or credit card and is due at the beginning of each session.

Our cancellation fee will occur if notice has not been given within 48 hours before your appointment, except in cases of emergencies.
